WELCOME!

Symphony Ministries Logo

At Symphony Ministries we are committed to:

Biblical preaching and teaching Jesus Christ and Him crucified, the saving work and ministry of the Holy Spirit, and that we become a Christian through repentance toward God, faith in Jesus Christ.

Biblical administration of the Sacraments, especially The Lord’s Supper.

Restore the organic life of the Church.

Love and embrace the whole Church, and a desire to see Her as One Body of Christ.

Biblical mandate of integrating structure with spontaneity in worship.

The involvement of biblical sign and symbol in worship. That it is acceptable to use candles, incense, banners, crosses, and Christian art as aids to worship.

Within the framework of historic biblical orthodoxy, Symphony Ministries represents the solid biblical Christian tradition. We share in this tradition the common bond of hunger to know God through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, by means of His Word in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Symphony Ministries desire is to reflect the contemporary evidence of God’s continuing activity in history to renew, reform, revitalize, replenish, and unify His people in one heart and purpose in Christ. This arose out of a common desire and hunger to experience the Holy Spirit led fullness of Christian worship and spirituality.

As the vision of Psalm 46:5, 6 declares, “There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the Holy Place where the Most High dwells.” Thus, the “city of God” is seen as the Church, the river as the action and flow of God’s Presence through His Church and the many “streams” as expressions of the one river’s life that have developed or broken off from the main river through history, all of which are necessary to enrich and make glad the city with the fullness of God’s life, power, purpose and Presence.

Ecclesiastes 4:12 tells us that, “a cord of three strands is not easily broken.” We see the work of God in this, denoting an outpouring of the operation of His grace in the following ways:

3-streams-1river From the Father: Out of this stream flows the worship of the One God, our Father, Creator, and His transcendence.

From the Son of God: Out of this stream flows God’s sovereign grace and the complete saving work of Jesus Christ on the cross as our Risen Redeemer, Lord and God.

From the Holy Spirit: Out of this stream flows the ministry and power of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Christ, who regenerates, sanctifies, and empowers the believer.

There are “treasures old and new” in the spiritual heritage of the Church.
